OMA Awards: Shipping and Onsite Setup

All OMA entries must be exhibited at 2012 GlobalShop in Las Vegas, NV or they will be disqualified. Digital Signage entries ARE NOT shipped to GlobalShop.

Shipping Information

Entries MUST be shipped to GlobalShop and exhibited in the OMA area on the at-Retail Marketplace show floor or the entry will be disqualified. Digital Signage entries ARE NOT shipped to GlobalShop.

Onsite Setup & Tear Down

Displays cannot be set-up on the show floor unless the entrant has paid in full.
All entries must be set up by the entrant unless they hire Freeman’s I & D Department to set-up their display. Contact Freeman Decorating at 702.263.1404 to arrange for set up. Set-up and tear down are the full responsibility of the entrant, not POPAI.

  • Entrants must set up displays on Monday, February 27, 2012 from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Entrants must tear down their displays on Friday, March 2, 2012 from 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Empties will not begin to arrive until one hour after the close of the show, please make sure to secure your product prior to freight arrival (at 4:00 PM). It can take up to three hours for all of the empties to come out, so please plan accordingly.

Set-up of all entries must be completed by 6:00 PM on Monday, February 27, 2012 for the display to be judged. Any displays not set up by this time will be disqualified.

Please note that entrants will not be allowed to make changes to category or division once onsite.
