The convergence of this experience has led to her recognition as one of the most respected strategists in the field of Shopper Insights and In-store Marketing. Lily serves as Principal and Chief Insights Officer of Shopper Sense, a shopper insights consultancy that works with retailers, consumer packaged goods companies, and shopper marketing agencies to create solutions to the challenges of today’s rapidly changing retail marketplace. Lily served as lead research consultant and project manager for POPAI’s 2012 Shopper Engagement Study.
