Frito-Lay North America
Jeff Swearingen is currently the Senior Vice-President of Portfolio Marketing for Frito-Lay North America. His team is responsible for retail analytics, customer strategy and shopper marketing. He is an 18-year veteran of PepsiCo, having joined the company in 1994.
Jeff has a broad range of marketing experience, including Vice President of Shopper Marketing for Frito-Lay, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Frito-Lay Canada, Vice President of Marketing for Quaker Snacks in Chicago, and Marketing Director for Doritos. Prior to Frito-Lay and business school, Jeff spent four years in commercial and corporate banking with Hibernia National Bank in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jeff has a degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Jeff, his wife Lynn, and their two sons, Connor (9) and Tyler (7) live in McKinney, Texas. Jeff enjoys travel, fishing, running, cycling and spending time with family.
