Jim is the visual catalyst and thought leader for Wunderman3. Jim has almost 20 years of experience creating award-winning advertising design, in-store merchandising, traffic-driving promotions and online games.
In the past several years, he has created and directed many marketing initiatives for clients such as Burger King, DiGiorno, Xbox and Hostess, including in-store merchandising, packaging, outdoor advertising, local market programs, entertainment sponsorships, promotional games and kids’ marketing. Eby has developed new marketing tools for Burger King franchises to support correct merchandising installations, launched digital menu boards and developed a new brand vision for photography. Jim also led the launch of a new concept restaurant for Burger King named “Whopper Bar,” featuring new merchandising technology and interior restaurant design solutions.
Over the past couple of years, Jim has also been on the judging board for POPAI’s Outstanding Merchandising Awards. He also has created and chaired the position for “Creative Best of Show” since 2008. His innovative design programs have been featured in several publications, including representing Wunderman3’s achievements with Burger King in POP Times. Eby also contributed a chapter on “Creating Outstanding Merchan- dising at Retail” in a previous POPAI publication.
